What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cash on pickup (for in‑store purchases), and secure online payments via our website (coming soon). For phone/WhatsApp orders, bank transfer is required before dispatch.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes, we deliver to all states in Nigeria. Shipping costs depend on your location and order volume. Please contact our WhatsApp lines for a delivery quote.
Products & Quality
Are your fabrics authentic?
Absolutely. Maitangaran Textiles is a licensed distributor for premium brands like Getzner, Excelsior, Filtex, HC Germany, and Bauer. We never sell imitations – only genuine premium textiles.
What types of fabrics do you sell?
We stock luxury brocades (Getzner, Excelsior), Hollandaise wax prints, premium laces, shirting materials, and traditional Nigerian fabrics. Both wholesale and retail quantities are available.
Can I request fabric samples?
Yes, you can request samples by visiting our branches or contacting us via WhatsApp. Sample terms may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the fabric is unused, uncut, and in its original packaging. Sale items are non‑returnable. For online orders, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was defective.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
